New snowmobile adventures await
We’ve got exciting news for those who love riding with friends! It is now possible to create groups, making your snowmobiling experience more social and connected. With this new feature, you can share your live position with your group, see who’s active at any moment and create a private communication channel between members (using a Vibe communication system) ensuring to stay on sync at all times. Plus, you can share your itineraries with your fellow members in just a matter of seconds. Managing your group has never been easier with our snowmobile navigation app!
Enjoy simplified position sharing! We’ve improved how you can interact with your friends by making it easier to share your position with the group. Now, you no longer need to start a ride or be in the same ride event as your friends to let them know where you are. You can simply connect with a group in just one click and choose to show or hide your real-time location as you wish, without having to be on a ride. The same goes for your friends - you can follow them on the map and enjoy the adventure together!
You can now access new enhanced maps with more details and richer topographic information. Perfect for deep snow riders, these maps help you navigate challenging terrain and push your adventures to the next level!
A new feature exclusive to the Vibe and Vibe Universal communication systems! You can now create a private communication channel, ensuring secure and exclusive conversations for riders that ride with a Vibe communication system. You can also easily activate your microphone at any time for direct conversation with your friends, allowing for seamless communication on the trails.
*Please note that Vibe communication systems are compatible with Sena communication systems on the open mesh.
We’ve enhanced snowmobile route creation to make it easier and more intuitive to configure itineraries. Previously, you needed to long press on the map to add a waypoint. Now, a new feature allows you to move around and pin a location on the map, making it simple to select a precise waypoint before setting it.
But that’s not all! The routing experience has been further improved by allowing you to choose whether you want to create routes on or off-trail. We’ve introduced new buttons on the Maps screen to make it easier to select the route type. With autorouting, routes will be snapped on existing trails. With manual routing, routes will contain straight lines and can be created even in off-trail areas.
You asked, we answered. We’re excited to introduce a highly requested feature… You can now add a new stop to your ride at any time while you’re on an active ride. Whether you’re following your itinerary or recording a ride, you can select a point of interest (POI) on the map or from the search bar and add it as a stop. The route will update automatically, making your new stop your next waypoint during your ride.
You can also benefit from this new feature while riding with friends! When connected to a group, you can add a stop to your shared route and notify all group members. Your friends can accept the request (if they want to) and the itinerary will be updated for them.
You can now access the Map Details section at any time during your ride. From there, you can consult the trail legend and toggle between 2D and 3D modes.
